- Processing Time: After placing an order, it typically takes 1~3 business days to process your shipment. If there are issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours.
- Delivery Time = processing time + shipping time

Note: Due to limitations with our logistics partners, we currently ship only to the countries and regions listed above.
- If your country or region is not on the list, please Contact US —we’ll do our best to find a suitable shipping option for you. You may place an order only after we confirm that shipping is feasible.
- Please be aware that certain remote areas within the listed countries and regions, especially islands, may not be serviceable. If we are unable to find a viable shipping solution after you’ve placed an order, we will issue a full refund. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
- The mentioned delivery timeframe is derived from the 90% package arrival rate as provided by our logistics partners.

After you place an order:
- You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by Orders Tracking. Or track the status through the 3-party website: 17track.net, EC-Firstclass.
- Delivery time can be affected by variable customs clearance time or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly Contact US for help.
- It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.
Package Methods:
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging without any branding, logos, or indications of the contents inside. Your privacy is our top priority, and we ensure complete discretion in every shipment. The exterior of the package will not reveal any details about the product or our company, providing you with a confidential and worry-free shopping experience.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
